I use the pump for a hands free sensation, not a tool for lengthening the shaft.,I don't think it has made a difference making it longer. One thing i never understood about penis pumps is why they are all sized for those who don't even need them. Like for most ppl all its gonna do it take a about 1-1.75 inch diameter and about 3-5 inch long dick and puff up the skin around the dick to the 3-4 inch diameter and 10 inch lenght of the pump, leaving the actual dick lenght unchanged, regardless of how many years you put into pumping. Why are there no appopiately sized pumps for us with a 1 inch or thereabouts diameter dick so the glans act as a piston against the pump walls once swelled up and thus put all the suction power into pulling and stretching the dick lenghtwise rather than just puff up the skin around the dick girthwise ?

It takes months, if not years before you even begin to see a measurable difference. What is not shown in these videos is that they have likely been using pumps for a few hours daily for most of their life by the point they make the video, or they already had a dick that size when they started.
